Method

Eggs

  1. 1

    Prepare the Eggs

Crack 2 eggs into a bowl and whisk until the yolks and whites are combined. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Eggs

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add a little butter or oil, then pour in the eggs. Cook until the edges are set, then gently flip and cook for an additional minute, or until cooked to your liking.

Bacon

  1. 3

    Cook the Bacon

In the same skillet, add the bacon slices and cook over medium heat until crispy, about 4-5 minutes on each side. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

Sausage

  1. 4

    Cook the Sausage

In the same skillet, add the sausage links. Cook over medium heat for about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.

Pancakes

  1. 5

    Prepare the Pancake Batter

In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. In another bowl, whisk together milk and 1 egg. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined. Fold in melted butter.

  2. 6

    Cook the Pancakes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side. Keep warm.

Home Fries

  1. 7

    Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and dice the potatoes into small cubes. Dice the onion and bell pepper.

  2. 8

    Cook the Home Fries

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the potatoes, onion, and bell pepper. Season with salt and pepper. Cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are golden brown and tender.

Toast

  1. 9

    Toast the Bread

While everything is cooking, toast 2 slices of bread until golden brown. Spread butter on the hot toast before serving.
