Prepare the Porcini Mushrooms
Soak the dried porcini mushrooms in hot water for about 20 minutes until rehydrated. Drain and chop finely, reserving the soaking liquid.

Cook the Gnocchi
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the potato gnocchi and cook according to package instructions until they float to the surface. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Fresh Mushrooms
In a large skillet, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add the local seacoast farm mushrooms and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown. Add the chopped porcini mushrooms and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.

Make the Brown Butter Sauce
Continue to cook the butter until it starts to brown slightly, then add in the reserved porcini soaking liquid. Stir well to combine and let it simmer for another 3-4 minutes.

Serve
Plate the gnocchi and sprinkle with freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano and chopped parsley before serving.
