Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients. Slice the Irish bacon, black pudding, and white pudding into thick slices. Cut the tomato in half.

Cooking

  1. 2

    Cook the Meats

In a large frying pan or skillet over medium heat, add the sliced Irish bacon and sausages. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Add the sliced black and white pudding and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until crispy.

  2. 3

    Cook the Eggs

In a separate pan, fry the eggs to your desired doneness (sunny side up, over easy, etc.). Season with salt and black pepper.

  3. 4

    Grill the Tomato

In the same pan used for the meats, place the halved tomato cut-side down and grill for about 3-4 minutes until slightly charred.

  4. 5

    Heat the Baked Beans

In a small saucepan, heat the Irish baked beans over medium heat until warmed through, about 5 minutes.

  5. 6

    Toast the Bread

Toast the slices of bread until golden brown using a toaster or a grill.

Assembly

  1. 7

    Plate the Breakfast

On a large plate, arrange the cooked Irish bacon, sausages, black pudding, white pudding, and eggs. Add the grilled tomato halves, a serving of baked beans, and the toast on the side. Serve hot.
