Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) to ensure it's ready for baking.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Baking Pan

Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan with butter or cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Mixing Ingredients

  1. 3

    Combine Dry Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, sift together the all-purpose flour, granulated sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well blended.

  2. 4

    Mix Wet Ingredients

In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract until the mixture is smooth.

  3. 5

    Combine Both Mixtures

Gradually add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients, stirring gently until just combined. Do not overmix.

Baking

  1. 6

    Add Chocolate Chips

Fold in the chocolate chips into the batter evenly.

  2. 7

    Pour Batter into Pan

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly.

  3. 8

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  4. 9

    Cool and Dust

Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for about 10 minutes. Then, transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
