Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Cook the Burger Patty

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Season the Certified Angus beef burger patty with salt and black pepper. Cook the patty for about 4-5 minutes on one side. Flip and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  2. 2

    Cook the Irish Bacon

In a separate skillet, cook the Irish bacon over medium heat until crispy, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet and drain on paper towels.

  3. 3

    Fry the Egg

In the same skillet used for the bacon, crack an egg and fry it sunny-side up or to your liking. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until the white is set and the yolk is still runny.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Burger

Toast the burger bun lightly. Place the cooked beef patty on the bottom half of the bun, followed by the crispy Irish bacon and fried egg. Top with the other half of the bun.

Irish Baked Beans Preparation

  1. 5

    Heat the Baked Beans

In a saucepan, combine the canned baked beans, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Stir well to combine.

  2. 6

    Simmer the Beans

Heat the mixture over medium heat until it begins to bubble. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
