Prepare the Glass
Rim the glass with salt if desired. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.

In a shaker, combine the vodka (Stoli Hot), tomato juice, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Add a pinch of salt and black pepper.

Shake and Pour
Secure the lid on the shaker and shake the mixture gently to combine. Pour the mixture over the ice in the prepared glass.
