Prepare the Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Prepare the Chicken Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, salt, black pepper, and baking powder. Toss to coat the wings evenly.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Make sure they are not touching.
Bake the Wings

Bake the wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes or until crispy and golden brown, flipping halfway through.
Prepare the Buffalo Sauce

Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat and stir in the hot sauce until well combined. Remove from heat.
Toss and Serve

Toss Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, place them in a large bowl and pour the buffalo sauce over the wings. Toss to coat them evenly.

While the wings are baking, wash and cut the celery sticks into bite-sized pieces.

Serve the buffalo chicken wings hot with celery sticks and blue cheese dressing on the side.
