Chicken Wings Preparation
- 1
Preheat Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- 2
Prepare Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings, baking powder, salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.
- 3
Arrange Wings
Place the coated wings on a baking rack set over a baking sheet, ensuring they are spread out in a single layer.
- 4
Bake Wings
Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- 5
Prepare Sauce
In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and then stir in the hot sauce. Mix well until combined.
- 6
Toss Wings in Sauce
Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the hot sauce mixture over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

Mix Ingredients

- 9
Chill Dressing
Cover and refrigerate the dressing for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
