Method

Preparing the Brussels Sprouts

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Brussels Sprouts

Rinse the Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim the stem ends, and remove any yellow or damaged leaves. Cut each Brussels sprout in half lengthwise.

  3. 3

    Season the Brussels Sprouts

In a large mixing bowl, combine the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to coat the sprouts evenly.

  4. 4

    Roast the Brussels Sprouts

Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast in the preheated oven for about 20-25 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown, turning halfway through the cooking time.

Making the Spicy Aioli

  1. 5

    Combine Ingredients

In a medium bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, minced garlic, and lemon juice until smooth and well combined.

  2. 6

    Taste and Adjust

Taste the aioli and adjust the spice level by adding more Sriracha if desired.

Serving

  1. 7

    Toss and Garnish

Once the Brussels sprouts are roasted, remove them from the oven and transfer to a serving bowl. Drizzle the spicy aioli over the sprouts and toss gently to coat. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped parsley before serving.

  2. 8

    Enjoy

Serve warm as a delicious side dish or appetizer.
