Method

For the Grilled Ribeye

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Remove the ribeye steaks from the refrigerator and allow them to come to room temperature for about 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Season the Steak

Rub the olive oil over both sides of the steaks. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and fresh rosemary evenly over both sides.

  3. 3

    Grill the Steak

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Place the steaks on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Rest the Steak

Remove the steaks from the grill and let them rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

For the Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  1. 5

    Boil the Potatoes

Peel and chop the potatoes into equal-sized chunks. Place them in a large pot of salted water and bring to a boil. Cook for about 15-20 minutes or until tender.

  2. 6

    Prepare the Garlic

In the last 5 minutes of boiling, add the peeled garlic cloves to the pot with the potatoes.

  3. 7

    Mash the Potatoes

Drain the potatoes and garlic, then return them to the pot. Add butter, milk, salt, and black pepper. Mash until smooth and creamy.

For the Seasonal Vegetables

  1. 8

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and slice the zucchini, bell pepper, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 9

    Sauté the Vegetables

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the vegetables and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are tender. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
