Prepare Bone Marrow

1. Roast the Bones

Preheat your oven to 450°F (232°C). Place the beef marrow bones upright in a roasting pan. Season with sea salt and black pepper. Roast in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the marrow is soft and begins to pull away from the bone.

Make Parsley Caper Lemon Salad

2. Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, mix together the chopped parsley, capers, lemon juice, olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Toss well to combine.

Prepare Toasted Bread

3. Toast the Baguette

Brush the sliced baguette with olive oil on both sides. Place on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.

Serve

4. Plate and Serve

Serve the roasted bone marrow with a generous scoop of the parsley caper lemon salad on top and the toasted bread on the side for spreading.
