Combine Ingredients
In a cocktail shaker, combine the blended Scotch, Laphroaig Quarter Cask, honey, lemon juice, and grated ginger. Add ice to the shaker.

Shake Well
Shake vigorously for about 15-20 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients.

Strain and Serve
Strain the mixture into a chilled glass. Optionally, you can strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.

Sprinkle freshly cracked black pepper on top for garnish and added flavor.
