Preparing the Wings

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, paprika, and olive oil. Toss until the wings are evenly coated.

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Place the seasoned wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until the wings are crispy and cooked through.
Making the Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter. Once melted, stir in the hot sauce, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined. Heat until warmed through.

Once the wings are done baking, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour the buffalo sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.

In a medium bowl, whisk together buttermilk, mayonnaise, dried dill weed, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
