1. Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create a marinade.

2. Marinate the Lamb Chops

Place the lamb chops in a shallow dish or a resealable plastic bag. Pour the marinade over the chops, making sure they are evenly coated. Cover the dish or seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.

Remove the lamb chops from the marinade, letting any excess marinade drip off. If roasting, place the chops on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

5. Rest the Lamb Chops
