Crust Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Mix the Crust Ingredients

In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the crumbs are evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Form the Crust

Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create an even layer.

  4. 4

    Bake the Crust

Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove and let it cool while preparing the filling.

Filling Preparation

  1. 5

    Combine Cream Cheese

In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

  2. 6

    Add Sweetened Condensed Milk

Gradually add the sweetened condensed milk to the cream cheese, beating until well combined.

  3. 7

    Mix Remaining Ingredients

Add sour cream, eggs, lemon juice, and vanilla extract to the mixture. Beat until everything is well incorporated and smooth.

  4. 8

    Pour Filling into Crust

Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust in the springform pan.

  5. 9

    Bake the Cheesecake

Bake in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly golden.

  6. 10

    Cool the Cheesecake

Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour. Then remove and let it cool to room temperature.

  7. 11

    Refrigerate

Once cooled, refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
