In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Rub this spice mix all over the ribs, ensuring they are evenly coated.

Place the seasoned ribs on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil. Cover the tray with another piece of foil to trap moisture. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours, or until the ribs are tender.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine ketchup, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
