Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, chopped green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- 2
Assemble the Wontons
Place a wonton wrapper on a clean surface. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the filling into the center of the wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, fold the wrapper over to form a triangle, and press to seal. Optionally, you can fold the two corners of the triangle towards each other and pinch to create a pouch shape. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.
- 3
Fry the Wontons
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or pot over medium-high heat. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the wontons in batches, being careful not to overcrowd the pan. Fry until golden brown and crispy, about 3-4 minutes. Use a slotted spoon to remove the wontons and drain them on paper towels.
- 4
Serve
Serve the fried wontons hot with dipping sauce of your choice, such as sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce.
