Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Marinade

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

2

Marinate the Ribs

Place the boneless pork ribs in a large resealable plastic bag or a baking dish. Pour the marinade over the ribs, ensuring they are well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

3

Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

4

Bake the Ribs

Remove the ribs from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and place them in a baking dish. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 2 hours.

5

Glaze the Ribs

After 2 hours, remove the foil and brush the ribs with the reserved marinade. Increase the oven temperature to 400°F (200°C) and bake for an additional 20-30 minutes, or until the ribs are caramelized and tender.

6

Garnish and Serve

Once done, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest for 10 minutes. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
