Directions

1

Brew the Tea

In a saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and add 4 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves. Let the tea steep for about 10 minutes.

2

Strain the Tea

After steeping, strain the tea leaves from the liquid using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Discard the leaves.

3

Sweeten the Tea

Stir in 1 tablespoon of sugar while the tea is still warm, allowing it to dissolve completely.

4

Cool the Tea

Let the brewed tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.

5

Prepare the Glass

Fill a glass with ice cubes. Pour the chilled tea over the ice.

6

Add Milk

Add 1 tablespoon of condensed milk and 1 tablespoon of evaporated milk to the tea. Stir gently to combine.

7

Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Thai iced tea!
