Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the ingredients

Clean and slice the squid. Chop the broccoli into florets, shred the cabbage, julienne the carrots, and slice the onion.

2

Heat the oil

In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

3

Sauté the aromatics

Add the minced garlic and sliced onion to the pan. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

4

Cook the vegetables

Add the broccoli, cabbage, and carrots to the pan. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

5

Add the squid

Increase the heat to high and add the sliced squid to the pan. Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the squid is cooked through.

6

Season the dish

Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Toss everything together until well coated.

7

Serve

Remove from heat and serve immediately with lime wedges on the side.
