Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the ingredients

Slice the pork tenderloin into thin strips. Julienne the bell peppers, carrots, and onion. Chop the cabbage into bite-sized pieces.

  2. 2

    Make the sauce

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, chili paste, minced garlic, and sugar until well combined.

  3. 3

    Cook the pork

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the sliced pork and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

  4. 4

    Add vegetables

Add the onions, bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 4-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

  5. 5

    Combine with sauce

Pour the prepared sauce over the pork and vegetables. Stir well to combine and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

  6. 6

    Finish with basil

Remove from heat and stir in the fresh basil leaves. Serve immediately.
