Prepare the Toast
Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown.

Avocado Spread
In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado and season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Assemble the Toast
Spread the mashed avocado evenly on each slice of toasted bread.

Spoon the olive tapenade over the avocado, then layer with sliced heirloom tomatoes.

Top with fresh basil leaves and a handful of microgreens. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
