Curry Preparation

    Cook the Meat

    In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add your choice of chicken, beef, or pork and cook until browned.

    Add Curry Paste

    Stir in the red curry paste and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.

    Combine Coconut Milk and Lime Leaves

    Pour in the coconut milk and add the lime leaves. Stir well to combine.

    Add Vegetables and Seasoning

    Add the green beans, fish sauce, sugar, and ground peanuts. Simmer for 10 minutes.

Spring Roll Preparation

    Prepare the Filling

    In a bowl, mix together the shredded cabbage, carrot, and bean sprouts. Season with salt.

    Wrap the Spring Rolls

    Place a spoonful of the filling on a spring roll wrapper, fold in the sides, and roll tightly. Seal the edge with a little water.

    Fry the Spring Rolls

    Heat the vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.

    Cook the jasmine rice according to package instructions.
