Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the seafood and vegetables. Rinse and pat the seafood dry. Slice the bell pepper and zucchini, and halve the cherry tomatoes.

Heat the Oil
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.

Cook the Vegetables
Add the bell pepper and zucchini to the skillet. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until they start to soften.

Add Seafood
Add the mixed seafood to the skillet and cook for another 4-5 minutes until they turn opaque.

Deglaze with Wine
Pour in the white wine and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until the alcohol evaporates.

Finish with Tomatoes and Seasoning
Add the cherry tomatoes, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir gently and cook for an additional 2 minutes.

Serve
Serve the seafood sauté over a bed of wild rice, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
