Prepare the Sauce

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the leeks, celery, and mushrooms, sautéing until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream, chicken broth, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.

Mix the Seafood

In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab and prawns. Pour the prepared cream sauce over the seafood and gently toss to coat.

Assemble the Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a greased casserole dish, spread the cooked rice evenly. Pour the seafood and sauce mixture over the rice. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese generously on top.

Bake the Casserole

Cover the casserole with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until the cheese is golden and bubbly.
