Cooking Instructions
Prepare the Brisket
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Rub the prime beef brisket with olive oil, ensuring it's coated evenly.
Season the Meat
In a small bowl, mix salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub this seasoning blend all over the brisket.
Cook the Brisket
Place the brisket in a roasting pan and cover it tightly with aluminum foil. Cook in the preheated oven for about 3 hours.
Rest and Chop
Once cooked, remove the brisket from the oven and let it rest for 30 minutes. After resting, chop the brisket into bite-sized pieces.
Combine with BBQ Sauce
In a large bowl, mix the chopped brisket with the house barbeque sauce until fully coated.
Serve
Serve the BBQ chopped brisket warm, either on a bun or on its own, with additional barbeque sauce on the side if desired.
