Directions
Prepare the Chicken
Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
Season the Chicken
In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts.
Prepare the Smoker
Soak the oak wood chips in water for at least 30 minutes before using. Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C).
Smoke the Chicken
Place the seasoned chicken breasts in the smoker and add the soaked oak wood chips. Smoke the chicken for about 3-4 hours, or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Add Vinegar
Drizzle the pulled chicken with apple cider vinegar and toss to combine. Serve warm.
