Preparation
Prepare the Strawberry Soda
In a blender, combine fresh strawberries and granulated sugar. Blend until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a bowl to remove seeds.
Mix the Soda
In a glass, combine the strawberry puree with soda water. Stir gently to mix.
Serve with Ice Cream
Add a scoop of chocolate ice cream into the glass filled with strawberry soda.
Garnish and Enjoy
Top with whipped cream if desired and garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve immediately.
