House made Syrups Lime, Orange, Vanilla, Lavender, Cherry, Ginger, Cherry-Lime Rickey and our current seasonal flavor, cinnamon syrup are all made in house and used to make our house made sodas, but also can be added to specialty coffees, milkshakes and libations.

Syrup Preparation

Lime Syrup

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of fresh lime juice. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.

Orange Syrup

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of fresh orange juice. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.

Vanilla Syrup

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup of water, and 2 tsp of vanilla extract. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.

Lavender Syrup

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup of water, and 1 tbs of dried lavender flowers. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let it steep for 30 minutes before straining. Let cool.

Cherry Syrup

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup of water, and 1 cup of fresh pitted cherries. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves and cherries break down. Remove from heat and strain. Let cool.

Ginger Syrup

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup of water, and 2 tbs of grated fresh ginger. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.

Cinnamon Syrup

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1 cup of water, and 1 tbs of ground cinnamon. Heat over medium heat, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let cool.
