Prepare the Espresso
Brew 2 shots of espresso using your preferred method.
Scoop the Ice Cream
In a serving glass or bowl, add 1 cup of your choice of ice cream.
Combine
Pour the hot espresso over the ice cream.
Garnish
If desired, sprinkle chocolate shavings or cocoa powder on top for additional flavor.
Serve Immediately
