Chicken Marinade
Buffalo Sauce
Method
Marinating the Chicken
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. Whisk until blended.
- 2
Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).
Making Buffalo Sauce
- 3
Melt the Butter
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the unsalted butter.
- 4
Grilling the Chicken
- 5
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F to 400°F or 190°C to 200°C).
- 6
Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the leftover marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- 7
Baste with Buffalo Sauce
During the last few minutes of grilling, brush the chicken with the prepared buffalo sauce, allowing it to caramelize slightly.
- 8
Rest the Chicken
Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Serving
- 9
Serve
Slice the grilled chicken and serve it drizzled with additional buffalo sauce, if desired. Enjoy!
