1. Prepare the Bread
Take the 6-inch sub roll and cut it horizontally, creating a pocket for the fillings. Make sure not to cut all the way through.
2. Layer the Meats
Start by placing the two slices of salami onto the bottom half of the sub roll. Follow with the two slices of ham, and then the two slices of turkey, layering them evenly.
3. Add Cheese
Place the two slices of provolone cheese on top of the layered meats.
4. Add Vegetables
Top the cheese with 1 cup of lettuce. Then, slice the medium tomato and add it on top. Thinly slice the small onion and layer it over the tomato slices. Finally, add the four pickle slices.
5. Add Condiments
Spread 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of mustard over the vegetables. Sprinkle salt and black pepper to taste.
6. Close the Sandwich
Carefully close the sandwich by bringing the top half of the sub roll down over the fillings.
