Wings
Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Wings
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Rinse the jumbo chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Add the wings to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- 2
Bake the Wings
Place the coated wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, making sure they are spread out in a single layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the wings are crispy and golden brown.
- 3
Toss in Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large mixing bowl. Choose your desired sauce(s) and toss the wings until they are well coated. You can also serve some sauces on the side for dipping.
- 4
Serve
Serve the wings hot, garnished with celery sticks and your choice of dressing.
