Pizza Preparation

    Prepare the Pizza Dough

    Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.

    Preheat Oven

    Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C) for about 30 minutes.

    Add Tomato Sauce

    Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough.

    Add Sopressata

    Layer the Giacomo’s sopressata slices over the tomato sauce.

    Add Mozzarella

    Tear fresh mozzarella into pieces and distribute it evenly on top.

    Bake the Pizza

    Place the pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbling.

    Add Arugula and Pine Nuts

    Once out of the oven, top with fresh arugula and sprinkle pine nuts over the pizza.

    Finish with Parmesan and Basil

    Grate fresh Parmesan over the top and sprinkle with fresh basil before slicing and serving.
