Boil Water

In a medium saucepan, bring 4 cups of water to a boil over medium-high heat.

Once the water is boiling, add 4 tablespoons of Thai tea leaves and reduce the heat to low. Allow the tea to steep for 10 minutes.

After steeping, strain the tea leaves using a fine mesh strainer into a heatproof pitcher. Add 1 tablespoon of sugar and stir well until dissolved.

Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.

Milk Mixture Preparation

In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup of evaporated milk, 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract until well combined.
