Prepare the Turkey
Remove the turkey giblets and pat the turkey dry with paper towels. Rub olive oil all over the turkey, including under the skin.

Season the Turkey
In a small bowl, mix together smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the turkey, ensuring even coverage.

Smoke the Turkey
Place the turkey in the smoker breast side up. Smoke the turkey for approximately 30 minutes per pound, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Baste the turkey with chicken broth every hour.

Rest and Serve
Once the turkey is done, remove it from the smoker and let it rest for at least 30 minutes before carving. Serve warm.
