Method

Directions

  1. 1

    Preparation

Start by preparing the beef ribs.

  2. 2

    Seasoning

In a small bowl, mix together salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Rub this seasoning mix all over the beef ribs.

  3. 3

    Smoking

Preheat your smoker to 225°F (107°C). Once ready, add wood chips to the smoker. Place the seasoned beef ribs in the smoker, bone side down.

  4. 4

    Cooking Time

Smoke the beef ribs for about 4-5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 203°F (95°C).

  5. 5

    BBQ Sauce Glaze

During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the beef ribs generously with BBQ sauce.

  6. 6

    Resting

Once cooked, remove the ribs from the smoker and let them rest for about 15 minutes before slicing.

  7. 7

    Serving

Slice the beef ribs between the bones and serve with additional BBQ sauce on the side.
