Bake the Cheesecake
Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C). Bake the cheesecake in the preheated oven for 55-60 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly.

Cool and Chill
Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for 1 hour. Then remove from the oven and let it cool to room temperature before refrigerating for at least 4 hours or overnight.
