Directions

1

Prepare the Vegetables

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add sliced onions and cook until they are translucent, about 5 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then remove from heat.

2

Make the Patty

In a mixing bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the beef into two equal-sized patties.

3

Grill the Burger

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of Havarti cheese on each patty to melt.

4

Toast the Buns

While the patties are cooking, place the burger buns on the grill, cut side down, and toast until golden brown.

5

Assemble the Burger

Spread garlic aioli on the bottom half of each toasted bun. Place the grilled patty with melted cheese on top, followed by the sautéed mushrooms and onions. Top with the other half of the bun.

6

Serve

Serve immediately and enjoy your Big Sky Burger!
