Method

Preparation

1

Prepare the Cheese Sauce

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine gruyere, gouda, and fontina cheeses. Stir constantly until melted and smooth. Set aside.

2

Cook the Beef Patties

Season the beef patties with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked to your desired doneness.

3

Fry the Egg

In a small pan, fry the egg sunny-side up until the whites are set but the yolk remains runny.

4

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

5

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the toasted brioche bun, layer the beef patties, fried egg, bacon, haystack onions, yellow cheddar, Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, and jalapenos. Drizzle the cheese sauce over the top and finish with the top half of the bun.

6

Serve with Chips

Serve the Social House Burger with your choice of chips on the side.
