Ingredients for Mahi Mahi Tacos

Method

Instructions for Preparing Mahi Mahi Tacos

1

Prepare the Mahi Mahi

In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs. Dip each Mahi Mahi fillet into the egg, then coat with the flour mixture.

2

Fry the Fish

Heat vegetable oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Once hot, fry the coated Mahi Mahi fillets for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

3

Make the Sriracha Aioli

In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce. Adjust seasoning to taste.

4

Prepare the Mango Salsa

Dice the mango and red onion. In a bowl, combine mango, red onion, juice of lime, and salt to taste. Mix well.

5

Prepare the Slaw

Thinly slice the cabbage and mix with chopped cilantro. Add lime juice, salt, and pepper to taste.

6

Assemble the Tacos

Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet. Place a crispy Mahi Mahi fillet on each tortilla, top with fresh slaw, mango salsa, and a drizzle of sriracha aioli. Serve with tortilla chips on the side.
