Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Filling
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground pork, chopped cabbage, green onions, minced garlic, grated ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- 2
Assemble the Dumplings
Take a dumpling wrapper and place about 1 tablespoon of the filling in the center. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water. Fold the wrapper in half to create a half-moon shape and pinch the edges to seal. Repeat with the remaining wrappers and filling.

Cook the Dumplings
You can either steam or pan-fry the dumplings. For steaming, place them in a steamer basket over boiling water and steam for about 10-12 minutes until cooked through. For pan-frying, heat a tablespoon of oil in a skillet, add the dumplings, and fry until the bottoms are golden brown. Then, add a splash of water to the pan and cover to steam for about 5-7 minutes.

Serve
Serve the dumplings hot with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
