    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and prepare all the vegetables as indicated. Slice, dice, and julienne them as necessary.

  2. 2

    Cook the Vegetables

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add the celery, yellow onion, and green onion, and stir-fry for about 2-3 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Remaining Vegetables

Add the carrots, broccoli, Napa cabbage, mushrooms, snow peas, water chestnuts, zucchini, and baby corn. Stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.

    Add Bean Sprouts

Add the bean sprouts last and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add Sauce

Pour in your favorite black sauce (such as soy sauce mixed with sesame oil) and stir well to combine all the vegetables.
