Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Noodles

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

2

Stir-fry the Proteins

In a large pan or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and beef, cooking until browned. Add the prawns and cook until they turn pink. Remove the proteins from the pan and set aside.

3

Sauté the Vegetables

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the garlic and sauté until fragrant. Then, add the mushrooms, broccoli, napa cabbage, carrots, snow peas, and water chestnuts. Stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

4

Combine Ingredients

Return the cooked proteins to the pan with the vegetables. Add the cooked egg noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.

5

Serve

Serve hot, garnished with additional sesame oil if desired.
