    Prepare the Chicken

    Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.

    Chop the Vegetables

    Chop the zucchini, red pepper, yellow onion, and slice the green onions.

    Heat the Oil

    In a large skillet or wok, heat the chili oil over medium-high heat.

    Cook the Chicken

    Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and stir-fry until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

    Add Vegetables

    Add the chopped zucchini, red pepper, yellow onion, and dry red peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
