Soup Preparation

Cook the Pork
In a large pot, add the minced pork and cook over medium heat until browned and cooked through. Drain any excess fat.

Add Broth
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Thicken the Soup
In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch with water to create a slurry. Stir the slurry into the soup to thicken it, cooking for another 2-3 minutes.

Add Tofu and Seasonings
Gently add the cubed soft tofu to the soup. Stir in the soy sauce, rice vinegar, white pepper, and sesame oil. Simmer for another 5 minutes.

Add Eggs
Slowly drizzle the beaten eggs into the soup while stirring gently to create egg ribbons.

Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve hot.
