1. Prepare the Rice

Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Once cooked, set aside.

2. Cook the Protein

In a large skillet or wok, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat. Add shrimp or chicken and cook until fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Pour in the teriyaki sauce and stir to coat. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

Add the cooked rice and pineapple chunks to the skillet with the protein and vegetables. Mix well to combine and heat through for another 2 minutes.

5. Serve

Spoon the teriyaki mixture into bowls, drizzle with spicy mayo, and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
