Add the cooked rice and pineapple chunks to the skillet with the protein and vegetables. Mix well to combine and heat through for another 2 minutes.

Spoon the teriyaki mixture into bowls, drizzle with spicy mayo, and sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
