Deviled Eggs Ingredients

Method

Deviled Eggs Directions

1

Boil the Eggs

Place the eggs in a pot and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.

2

Cool and Peel

After 12 minutes, transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool for about 5 minutes. Once cooled, gently tap the eggs to crack the shell and peel them.

3

Prepare the Filling

Slice the peeled eggs in half lengthwise and remove the yolks. In a bowl, mash the yolks with mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

4

Fill the Egg Whites

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg white halves.

5

Garnish

Top the filled eggs with crumbled crispy bacon, chopped chives, and a sprinkle of paprika.
