Cooking Instructions

1

Prepare the Burger Patty

Season the Roseda beef patty with salt and pepper. Form into a round patty and make a slight indentation in the center.

2

Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

3

Cook the Burger

In the same skillet, cook the beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness.

4

Fry the Egg

In the same skillet, crack the egg and cook until the whites are set but the yolk is still runny, about 2-3 minutes.

5

Assemble the Burger

On the bottom half of the burger bun, add lettuce and tomato slices. Place the cooked burger patty on top, followed by the cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, and fried egg. Drizzle with special sauce and top with the other half of the bun.

6

Serve

Serve immediately with your choice of sides.
