Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Noodles

Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Pork

Thinly slice the pork tenderloin and marinate with 1 tablespoon soy sauce, salt, and black pepper for about 15 minutes.

  3. 3

    Cook the Pork

In a large skillet or wok, heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  4. 4

    Cook the Shrimp

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of vegetable oil. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside with the pork.

  5. 5

    Stir-Fry Vegetables

Add the remaining tablespoon of vegetable oil to the pan. Add ginger, garlic, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

  6. 6

    Combine Ingredients

Return the pork and shrimp to the pan. Add the cooked lo mein noodles, remaining soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and green onions. Toss everything together and stir-fry for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  7. 7

    Serve

Taste and adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve hot.
